What is Elevated Living?
Elevated Living is a company that partners with your property management company to help run on-site events, offer personal concierge services, and make your life easy! We actually started as a residential wellness company back in 2014 and we were so good at working with residents and organizing events that we eventually moved into other areas of the resident lifestyle (housekeeping, dog walking, luxury apartment subscription meal delivery, and handyman services).

Our goal is to provide you with 5 star hotel style personal services.
What services does Elevated Living offer?
Sparkle by Elevated Living is your on-site housekeeping service.
Elevated Kanine is your on-site team of dog walkers.
Elevated Chefs is your on site team of personal chefs that offer meal delivery service straight to your fridge!
Elevated Fitness is your onsite team of personal trainer, massage therapists and group fitness instructors.
Handy by Elevated Living is your personal handyman for whenever you buy some new furniture or need help getting your TV mounted.

Who is in charge of the fitness programming at my building?
These are the main three people responsible for the programming at your community:

How do I get started with personal training?
Get in touch with us either by emailing us at [email protected] or booking a fitness assessment through the app. The first step is to schedule a complimentary fitness assessment.
What happens during my fitness assessment?
The fitness assessment is a free session that we use to make a plan and get an idea of your fitness level. During the first half of the assessment we will take all of your baseline measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, and tape measurements. Once we have all the measurements we will go over recommendations, timelines, and decide on a nutrition program (and/or meal delivery). After this is done, we typically head to the gym to get an idea of your fitness level. We check your strength, aerobics, mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness. Once we have an idea of where you are at we devise a strategy and workout program that will fit your goals, current fitness level, and expectations.
How much does training cost?
We offer 60 minute private personal training sessions and 60 minute group personal training sessions (two people). Please contact us for current pricing.
Do you offer nutrition counseling?
Yes, we offer nutrition counseling through our in house registered dietitian Erin. She runs all of our nutrition programming.
Do you offer meal delivery?
Yes, we offer meal delivery through our in house company Elevated Chefs. All of our meals are organic with the highest quality ingredients. We have meals that are super strict and less strict. Our goal is to make your life easy because we know that you are out their grinding!

What is Sparkle by Elevated Living and how are you different?
We started Sparkle by Elevated Living with 3 main areas of focus:

We believe cleaning shouldn't be complicated. We wanted our customers to be able to book our services easily, with transparent pricing. We accomplished this by developing a custom booking platform through our app.

Quality was a given when we decided to start Sparkle. To accomplish this, we talked with a TON of homeowners and asked them about all the important elements of their home, and areas where other cleaning companies missed. With this information, we put together a comprehensive checklist for our team to use when cleaning - The Sparkle 100. With this checklist in hand, we spent the same amount of time searching for just the right talent to join our team.

We respect cleaners and their hard work. That is why we offer above industry pay, benefits, and bonuses. By doing this, our cleaners are incentivized to do a great job cleaning your home. You're happy, our cleaners are happy, everybody is happy.
How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?
We are very particular about who we hire. Every Sparkle by Elevated Living employee undergoes a rigorous screening process that includes extremely thorough criminal background checks. Additionally, all Sparkle employees are fully insured and bonded. Our employees are all given top-notch training to use our Sparkle 100 Checklist, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks. Additionally, since we offer above industry wages, our employees value their jobs since they simply can't get another job that offers this much if they get fired.

Does someone need to be home?
Whether or not you're home makes no difference to us. When booking online, you will be asked for a way for us to get into your home. You can be home, hide a key somewhere, use a lockbox, or even leave the door open (we wouldn't recommend that though); whatever you're comfortable with.

Where do you get our dog walkers?
All of our dog walkers are in house and our goal is to provide you with the same dog walker every time. We believe that dogs - just like humans - need exercise. We are happy to get your best friend moving!
Do you have insurance?
Yes, all of our dog walkers have insurance.
Do you provide dog grooming and washing?
We have groomers / washers that work as a part of our team only if your community has an on-site dog spa.

How does it work?
We offer a subscription meal delivery service on site at your community. You can purchase sessions in packs of 5, 10, 15, and 20. The more you buy the more you save. All of our meals have a vegetarian base with the option to add proteins such as chicken, fish, salmon, pork, or beef. None of our meals are frozen. All of our meals are organic! They are delivered fresh. In fact, many of our current clients are trying to lose fat, build muscle, or maintain a healthy lean body mass.
What days are deliveries?
Deliveries happen on Sunday and Wednesday nights.

What types of classes do you offer?
Some of the classes we offer are: Yoga, HIIT Total Body, Six Pack Attack, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, and more.
How often do you offer the classes?

What if our building doesn't have a group fitness room?
The location will be listed when signing up for your class.
Who teaches the classes?
All of our instructors have a bachelor's degree and a nationally accredited certification. We bring you the top instructors in Chicago.
How much are classes?
Free if you are a resident! There are some classes that will have a small fee. We will make sure that we inform all particpants prior to signing up. These small fees will usually only be charged for specialty classes - such as workshops.
