The fitness assessment is a free session that we use to make a plan and get an idea of your fitness level. During the first half of the assessment we will take all of your baseline measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, and tape measurements. Once we have all the measurements we will go over recommendations, timelines, and decide on a nutrition program (and/or meal delivery). After this is done, we typically head to the gym to get an idea of your fitness level. We check your strength, aerobics, mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness. Once we have an idea of where you are at we devise a strategy and workout program that will fit your goals, current fitness level, and expectations.
