Fitness Trainer
Anthony began studying Olympic style lifting at the young age of eight under the guidance of his older brother. He was an Illinois state champion wrestler in high school in addition to wrestling at the University of Iowa. While wrestling in college Anthony spent summers studying and competing in mixed martial arts. His passion for MMA quickly flourished leading him to a career fighting professionally with a record of 8:3 and training alongside numerous UFC champions.

Fitness Trainer
Nikki received her Bachelor's degree in Education from Illinois State University. She started taking fitness classes in college and eventually discovered a love for boxing. She began regular training and has been hooked ever since. her goal is to make others enjoy working out as much as she does while living a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Andreea has been a personal trainer for about 3 years and is very passionate about helping each individual achieve their own goal. Over the years, She has tried any and all sports she possibly could have played including soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and water polo. The love for sports led her to study Exercise Science at Loyola University. She loved learning about how exercise can improve so many different aspects of health, cardiovascular, mental, and physical.

He was an athlete growing up playing football, basketball, and track. Melissa is a Certified Personal Trainer from Northern Virginia. She got into the fitness field after dancing her whole life and joining her college dance team. After graduation, she got certified and has been helping people meet their fitness goals ever since.

Grant’s career in Wrestling, Cross Country, and Track has transformed him into a passionate fitness professional today. Competing as a collegiate wrestler while earning the bachelor degree of Exercise Science has allowed him to sharpen his own skills athletically and professionally. Grant’s education, personal experience, and ACSM certification ensures his knowledge in strength training, HIIT, sports specific training, and the ability to apply those techniques with clients to promise results.

Ericka completed her Bachelor's of Health Science degree at DePaul University and received her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine along side coaching high school dance team, working as a flexoligist at StretchLab and dancing professionally with the Chicago Luvabulls. Ericka is very passionate and loves working with people from various backgrounds who are driven and motivated to crush their goals!
Mikolaj
Fitness Trainer
Mikolaj received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Loyola University. He's been working as a personal trainer for a variety of people that have vastly differed in their age, experience, and goals. He currently pursuing his professional degree to be a Doctor of Chiropractic at National University of Health Sciences, and apply what he learns into his work. His specialties include HIIT/circuit training, running, weight loss, and sports specific, particularly backpacking and mountaineering.

Cesar completed his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has worked in professional baseball as a strength and conditioning coach for 8 seasons, from Low A to Triple A and one season as the Major League Assistant. His specialties are sport specific training, circuit training, functional training, corrective exercise, and strength training.
Secil
Fitness Trainer
Graduated from Hacettepe University Sport Sciences and Technology Department, specialized in Sport Biomechanics. Seçil competed as a runner and as a triathlete for over 15 years on national and international platforms. In addition of her 15+ years of personal training experience, she taught swimming to young children and adults and instructed indoor climbing classes. She also went on several mountaineering, alpine skiing and cross country expeditions throughout Easter Europe and Turkey.

Fitness Trainer
Brian developed his passion for healthy living and exercise while growing up at an athletic camp where he grew up on the fundamentals of the organizations slogan “sound mind sound body”. Participating in the camps program as a child and eventually teaching there, he now resides on the camps youth committee which oversees the athletic program. His passion carried over to the outside world where he has been personal training since 2011. He specializes in weight management, strength training, but above all, motivation.

Ryan received his bachelors degree in exercise science from Illinois State University. He wrestled for 7 years, including 2 years in college. Ryan has worked with two separate NCAA division I strength and conditioning programs as well as a few commercial facilities and has lots of experience training athletes. His specialties include strength training, athlete performance, wrestling, functional training, and injury prevention.
Theo
Fitness Trainer
Theo received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Master of Science in Kinesiology. While pursuing it, he discovered his fascination for health, fitness, and wellness. He has held a variety of positions that spans from health coaching to group fitness to corporate wellness programming. His overall goal is to obtain a PhD as a neuroscientist and study the relationship between physical activity and cognition.

We start off the process by scheduling you on a complimentary personal training session to analyze your current fitness level, strength, flexibility, and assess any muscle imbalances. Based off your preferences and your fitness level, we will work together on matching you with the right trainer.
