FAQ

What type of group fitness classes do you currently offer?‍

We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). We have a list of over 50 types of classes. Contact us for more information.

How many instructors will be provided, and what is their experience level?

We will provide experienced and certified fitness instructors who specialize in teaching group fitness classes. The number of instructors will depend on the size of the class and the type of fitness program offered.

How do you ensure the safety of participants during the classes?

We prioritize the safety of our participants and will provide trained instructors who are certified in first aid and CPR. Additionally, we will ensure that all equipment is regularly sanitized, and participants are encouraged to follow safe practices during the classes.

Who handles managing the RSVPs, collecting liability waivers, and marketing of the classes (flyers, reminders, & emails)?

FIT by Elevated Living does everything for you. Our technology is fully integrated with your PMS system (Yardi, Entrata, Realpage, etc). Because of this, your Elevated Living wellness concierge will be able to fully manage this process for you.

Can you customize the fitness classes to meet our community's specific needs and preferences?

Yes, we can work with you to create customized fitness programs that cater to your community's interests and fitness levels.

What equipment and space will be required to conduct the classes?

We will work with you to determine the appropriate space and equipment needed for each fitness program. Generally, we require a large, open space such as a community center or gymnasium, as well as any necessary equipment, such as yoga mats, resistance bands, or weights. If you don't have a dedicated fitness space, no problem, our team can activate any of your amenity spaces for this type of activity.

How much will it cost to offer group fitness classes in our community, and what is the payment structure?

The cost of our fitness programs will depend on the type of program, the frequency of classes, and the number of participants. We can provide a customized quote based on your specific needs and budget. We offer various payment structures, including per-class, per-participant, or a flat fee for the entire program.
